Several Chillicothe City employees were honored for their years of service. Among them were front, from left: Joe Darr, 30 years with the Department of Emergency Services; Kevin Hoskins, 30 years with the Department of Emergency Services; Hugh Musselman, 25 years with the Street Department; Bette Atwell, 10 years with the Department of Emergency Services.
