Ground Breaking for New Facility

expected to be ready by spring 2017.

16, 2016, the Mission, Kansas, based company, SkillPath, held a ground breaking ceremony at 725 Mitchell
Street in the Industrial Park just south of the Pepsi facility. The property, which was purchased from the city,
will be the location of a brand new 6,000 square foot, customer service call center facility.
According to a press release, SkillPath is the leading provider of continuing education for business professionals across North America.
The founders, Jerry Brown and Denise Dudley, have ties to the community and moved the customer service
operations to Chillicothe in 2000, in hopes of developing a first-rate workforce opportunity.
In March 2015, SkillPath acquired National Seminars Training (NST), a competitor, and has become the largest business training company in
the country. The new permanent Chillicothe facility will offer a way to serve this expanded client base, in a more
efficient manor. "To cement our long-standing commitment to the community, our wonderful Call Center staff and the current and future customers of SkillPath and NST, the decision was easy to build a new, permanent facility in
Chillicothe." said SkillPath CEO Jack Cave.
Wilma Graham is the facility manager;
and construction is scheduled to be completed by Spring 2017. The current
staff of 30 employees is excited to upgrade their their operations facility while staying in the community.
